Upper Lake West by Susan Tuffin
Water clear, can see to bottom, but not as clear as previous months. some oily sheen near to southern end of decking. Freshwater mussels on bed, P, N and conductivity higher than average, CSOs have been discharging a lot in December

Upper Lake East by Susan Tuffin
Lots of water fowl, swans, coots, terns. Water clear enough to see to the bottom but cloudier than previous months. Phosphate, DO, Nitrate, Conductivity higher than average. Chlorine much higher. CSOs have ben discharging a lot since last readings with lots of rain.
