    Water appeared to be higher than last sampling. It’s possible there may have been some rain at this location within the previous 24 hours, which may have been a factor with the number of other coliforms being higher during this sampling. Beautiful day with a lot of people recreating in or near the water.

    It was overcast and windy though the sun came out occasionally. People were out fishing and boating. It had rained a few days prior, and the water looked brown.

    The river stage is falling, but still about four feet higher than usual, and still receding from recent heavy rains. Lots of human traffic is observed on the scenic old bridge.

    The river level is observed falling, and has been 15ft higher due to heavy rains one week ago. The water clarity is muddy.

    River stage 9.6ft at Jackson and falling. This is approx. 4 ft higher than usual stage. River has been approx. 15 feet higher than present stage in the past week.
