    Byram Swinging Bridge by Robert McAdory

    No unusual smells or colors; no animals; tourists on the Swinging Bridge; current > 1 ft/sec. Clear, sunny and bright; no rain in previous 24 hours; no wind. Upstream gage steady or falling very slowly, with discharges continuing at upstream reservoir. Water level maybe a few inches lower than the day before during E. coli testing. Adequate depth. Air temperature steady from 0950 to 1135, at 18.0 C.

    Byram Swinging Bridge by Robert McAdory

    No unusual smells or colors; no animals; tourists on the Swinging Bridge; current > 1 ft/sec; no wind. Rain in last 24 hours with large discharges from upstream reservoir, though water level was only about one foot higher than 11-03-18 observations and the upstream gage was steady. Water was clear to a foot or two. Adequate depth. N.B.: Coliform results should be reported as 600 and 9200 to be correct wrt number of significant figures, but I have opted to go with the AWW convention.

    Byram Swinging Bridge by Robert McAdory

    No unusual smells or color; no cows; small white egrets fishing and flying about. River turbid and about three feet higher than 10-31-18 site visit, when water was low and clear; current > 1 ft/sec; light rain in area within 24 hours, with release of water from upstream reservoir over preceding few days, starting 10-31-18, and falling stage at the upstream gage; no wind. Adequate depth. Air temperature rose from 17.5 C at 0953 to 22.0 C at 1139 and water temperature when E. coli water samples were taken at 1150 was 17.5 C. N.B.: Coliform results should be reported as 600 and 7600 to be correct wrt number of significant figures, but I have opted to go with the AWW convention.

    Water was moving with a slight current. Rainfall had occurred within approximately 24 hours. No animals or other humans present at time of collection.
