No unusual smells or color; no cows; small white egrets fishing and flying about. River turbid and about three feet higher than 10-31-18 site visit, when water was low and clear; current > 1 ft/sec; light rain in area within 24 hours, with release of water from upstream reservoir over preceding few days, starting 10-31-18, and falling stage at the upstream gage; no wind. Adequate depth. Air temperature rose from 17.5 C at 0953 to 22.0 C at 1139 and water temperature when E. coli water samples were taken at 1150 was 17.5 C. N.B.: Coliform results should be reported as 600 and 7600 to be correct wrt number of significant figures, but I have opted to go with the AWW convention.

Water was moving with a slight current. Rainfall had occurred within approximately 24 hours. No animals or other humans present at time of collection.
