    A lot of debris clogging the North side of the bridge. Wild Life spotted: 3 Canadian Geese, 1 Dark Eyed junco, 2 House sparrows, 2 American robins.

    The sample is taken from the top of the south side of the Ogden Avenue bridge with a bucket and rope to obtain the sample.

    Rock Run Creek by Andy Neill

    Not much has changed since last year's monitoring. The Rock Run Creek headwater is in Crest Hill near Theodore Marsh along Larkin/Weber Road. Plenty of road sewers drain into the Rock Run Creek. There is also the Crest Hill Waster Water Treatment Plant that releases into the Rock Run Creek.

    Creek Bend Pond by Lisa O'Brien

    Despite drought conditions in fall, the pond seems to have maintained its normal water levels. There has been no activity surrounding the area that could have impacted water quality since last spring. Chloride level is starting lower than last year's observed of 109 ppm.

    Just above and slightly to the left of my shadow is a serving plate size school of 1-2" fish. I could see their silver sides flashing in the sun.
