The quantab reading at Hidden Lake was 0.4 which is below the readings on the chart. The lowest value of 30 ppm was recorded for this site.

The quantab values for Lacey Creek on both test strips were 8.8, which is off the chart. The highest value of 620 ppm was assigned to this site. Two test strips were used on this site.

Salt Creek Park Forest Preserve by Tom Kubica
Beautiful sunny, warm and windy day. Creek was clear again. 4 Blue Jays, 2 Red-bellied woodpeckers, 2 Black-capped chickadees. Heard one frog occasionally peeping.
