  • 16 November 2024

Morgan Creek at Morgan Creek Park by Alyssa Theodor

Beavers are very active cutting down small trees along the water's edge to build a dam. I had not see any evidence of beavers here prior to this fall.

Nothing outstanding. Gray day. No rain.

Terrace View Park Pond in Lombard, IL by Tony Ream

Chloride is slightly lower than this time last year. Lots of ducks hanging out where I take my sample.

North Branch Chicago River at W Devon Avenue by Daniel Downes

  • 15 November 2024

West Ridge Nature Park Pond by Hannah Dove
