    Outlet River at Bridge on County Rd 18 by Heather Ross

    Partly cloudy with some sunny breaks and a tiny bit of snow falling at the moment. No rain in past 24 hrs. A heron seen down river and some songbirds heard. Water has a noticeable greenish tinge to it now as seen in these photos.

    Cherry Valley Lions Memorial Park Boat Launch Dock by Heather Ross

    Partly cloudy and calm. No rain in past 24 hrs. Lots of red winged blackbirds as well as some songbirds, crows and a pair of herons at the mouth of the river at East Lake.

    South Bay Cres Public Boat Launch by Heather Ross

    Mostly sunny day with few clouds and calm. No rain in past 24 hours . Red winged blackbirds and songbirds around in the marsh and trees. Signs of beavers having chewed down some nearby trees but no sign of a lodge or dam yet as there have been other years.

    Sunny clear sky with strong gusty winds. About 23 Mm rain in past 24 hours along with extreme winds. Very strong flow over the dam and along the river, with bank levels quite high.

    Sunny clear sky with very gusty strong winds. About 23 MM rain in past 24 hours and extremely windy. Strong current flowing and banks on both sides of the road very extended compared to usual.

    Black River marsh outlet from stream by Don Ross

    Sunny with some clouds and calm winds. Had about 6 MM rain fall in past 24 hours. Some songbirds heard nearby. Lots of water flowing under the roadway from the other side where county crews had cleared away this morning the clogged up culvert.
