    Partly cloudy and windy with no rain past 24 hrs. Single loon fishing off shore. Summer dock not yet in place so didn’t enter depth measurements so as not to confuse the averages. Merely .1M deep along shoreline.

    Sunny springlike day with around 9 mm rainfall fall in past 24 hrs. Lots of crickets and frogs heard in the marsh area and the rocks along the shore here had countless small ( about 1/2 “ ) spiders scurrying amongst the rocks ( see photos )

    The shore ice got thick so early this winter that my hand cranked auger, couldn't get through it. I missed the midwinter testing. 🙁
