    West Lagoon - West/Main Deck by Burke Mountain Naturalists

    Less water visibility in the west lagoon pond than in east lagoon pond. The west pond has much more open water and likely more subject to wind conditions, thereby likely stirring up the water somewhat more than in east lagoon. Several waterfowl species observed near sampling site, including mallards and hooded merganser ducks.

    Water in this lagoon pond was somewhat clearer than in west lagoon pond. A few waterfowl observed near sampling site, including mallards and hooded mergansers ducks.
