Creek lower by at least10 feet from backwater flood a week ago. Muddy with very slow current. No scum or bubbles on water. More trash on banks from flood of last week. Small alligator in creek and 3 river cooter turtles seen basking on logs downstream from Westbrook Road bridge.

River at 20 feet at Lakeland Hwy 25 downstream gauge, down 10+ feet from high water week before, and a fall of about 3 feet from 2 days before. Turbid, visibility about 2.5 feet.

Water lower by about 8 feet from last week. Swift current, slightly muddy, no surface scum, bubbles, or apparent odor.
