    Water very low; many egrets and herons, even on partially submerged logs mid-river; note: numerous very small red-pink colonies(other coliform ) using new R-cards, just slightly larger than period, so used the 250 (25000) count.

    Lots of people were out celebrating Memorial Day. Grilling, picnicking, playing outdoor games, and listening to music. The day was sunny and warm with a calm breeze. There were lots of geese on the concrete wall prior to testing. Someone was standing on the wall nearby fishing. There was a good bit of fecal matter in the grass near the wall, possibly from geese or dogs.
