    Lots of water coming through. Employees note that this was an exceptionally high water day and the water seemed angry. Many rocks that are usually visible were not visible.

    Samples taken to monitor water quality flowing from Lake Dore into the Snake River. Measurements taken above the dam, Burnt Bridge Rd. Benthic invertebrates collected: 2 Finger Nail Snail, 1 Pouch Snail, 4 Orb Snail, 7 Dragon Fly Larva, 3 Scuds, 8 Nematode, 16 Backswimmer, 1 Water Scorpion

    Water has lots of scum on the surface, might be some algae? Hot day yesterday, no precipitation. Sunny and bright, not many clouds. Saw some jumping fish as well as some birds on the water.

    Testing session with 60 Ashbury College Grade 8 kids. Warm sunny day, light winds, light rain the previous evening. Quite a lot of old goose feces on the docks. Other test results: Nitrite: >0.1mg/L Calcium: 5.61mg/L Magnesium: 1.27mg/L Sodium: 3.1mg/L
