About this dataset
Samples taken using Water Rangers Freshwater Explorer testkits. A digital probe is used to collect temperature and conductivity data from a triple rinsed surface water sample. Clarity and depth is obtained via secchi disc. Dissolved oxygen is measured using the Indigo Carmine test from Chemetrics. pH, Alkalinity, Chlorinity, and Hardness obtained from Taylor test strip test.
Certification requirements
To be certified, you must complete the Water Rangers online certification course, be trained by a member of the Water Rangers team, or be trained by a certified person.
