    Beautiful day. No rain for 3 days. 3"-4" of rain in previous 2-3 days. Tide differential 0.7'. Observation at high tide (medium high). Almost record high temperatures the last 3 days." 0.0 ppt salinity 18" from surface and 6" from bottom. Small 1/2" bait fish are plentiful. A neighbor reported seeing an otter last week adjacent the observation site. Saw a bald eagle yesterday.

    Gray sky. Drizzling rain, 3.87" of rain in the last 4 days. 1.3" of rain in the 24 hours prior to observation. Medium tide level with an incoming tide. Salinity at 18" below surface and 6" from bottom were both 1 ppt using a remote sampler.

    No rain for several days. Warming trend, but cold front and rain later today. Cloudy. Wind 1mph out of SE. 6-7 pelicans visible. Measurement at high tide as the tide was coming in slow and 10 minutes later tide was going out fast (2-3 mph).
