Baxter’s Conservation Park trails by Don Ross
Overcast with a few sunny patches once in a while. No rain in past 24 hrs. Geese and crows around. The viewing platform has been removed so depth measured from the shoreline this time.

RVCA Watershed by Don Ross
Overcast with just a few sunny patches and no rain in past 24 hrs. Green algae slime atop the surface of the water in some spots. Haven’t been able to test here since 2022 as the boardwalk was closed off to be restored . It’s not mostly completed but access to the water for testing , other than depth, isn’t possible yet until the remainder of the boardwalks are completed. Will try again next spring or summer when back here again.

Point Petre Provincial Wildlife Area by Heather Ross
Sunny and very calm day with no rain in past 24 hrs. No wildlife around to be seen or heard. The water is so far out from the normal shoreline that we can’t recall seeing it this way ever, and we’ve been coming here since 1980. Some rocks exposed that we’ve not seen before as they’d be underwater most years.
