    Sampled again as RMI day. Water running from Outfall was clear, but a pool of water sitting in body of Outfall with a cloudy sheen and foam

    Water running from Outfall after recent rain, dilution factor. Some white foam in Outfall as in photo. Recently Thames Water still investigating as green dye at bottom of Outfall witnessed by a member of the public, don't know from where at this time, will try to find out

    Testers Jude and Nicky Results still much improved in comparison with earlier samples and SWOP action from Thames Water Still debris in body of Outfall and some sewage fungus remains on base, but bricks of the walls are now clearly visible when previously covered in fungus

    Sediment collection in pool of water at the bottom of the Outfall. Outfall not running, only slight trickle. After recent improvements phosphate increased again as LR checker flashing at 2.5. Ammonia increased to 1.55 MR checker

    Mild odour, water looks much improved since TW fixed an issue. My earlier Ammonia results seem to have disappeared from this site??? Not sure why?

    Since last reported this outfall has been under TW 'SWOT' and work carried out on a problem in Holden Road. Results much improved especially Ammonia down from >9.99 to 0.42 ppm Phosphate down to 1.63. There has been a boom in the Brook to help with pollution, however since yesterday morning it has now been thrown into the Outfall along with a load of logs as photo depicts. TW informed

    Continuing to monitor this Outfall as at our RMI site and high Ammonia and Phosphate levels both flashing. Has previously been reported to TW and EA. The past week there has been a boom in place downstream of Outfall

    Chronic outfall problems with misconnections that have not been addressed. MR Ammonia was flashing so > than 9.99 LR Phosphate was flashing so > than 2.50

Location description
Outfall at RMI site. Chronic issues with this outfall and long term misconnections, sewage fungus, smell etc. Unhealthy!
