    Beginning to drizzle. Top inch or two was liquid, however, underneath is still has some ice. Areas with more ice on top around collection site. Hard to tell if what I collected was just from rain as I couldn’t get deeper underneath from my typical access point.

    Lippold Park - West Entrance by Far Syed

    Every time I tried to take a sample, the water was icy, so now I managed to get a water sample, since there was some open cracks! The chlorine levels were either high or low, depending on the weather, and it was around 45 degrees, which was higher.
