    Upper Duck Pond by High Park Nature Centre

    Multiple bird species present, frog calls heard. Nothing on the surface of the water. Residential discharge and urban/road discharge from the immediate surroundings. No visible algae. The water is still. The water level is high. The water colours is green & brown. It's opaque. No odour.

    Upper Retention Pond - North point by High Park Nature Centre

    nothing on the surface of the water. Residential discharge and urban/road discharge forom the immediate surroundings. Evidence of fishing (fishing line caught in the trees). Slow flowing water. Average water level. Water colour is green and brown. Clarity is opaque. No odour. Soil is still wet from the recent rain. There is a large family of wood ducks out on the water.

    floating algae on the surface of the water. Residential discharge and Urban/Road Discharge. Slow flowing water. Average water level. The colour of the water is brown and it's cloudy verging on opaque. Smells like algae.
