    There is natural debris and litter on the water's surface. Residential and urban/road discharge from the immediate surroundings. Slow moving water. High water level. Water colour is green and brown. It's opaque. Smells of algae and decay.

    Multiple bird species present, frog calls heard. Nothing on the surface of the water. Residential discharge and urban/road discharge from the immediate surroundings. No visible algae. The water is still. The water level is high. The water colours is green & brown. It's opaque. No odour.

    Upper Retention Pond - North point by High Park Nature Centre

    nothing on the surface of the water. Residential discharge and urban/road discharge forom the immediate surroundings. Evidence of fishing (fishing line caught in the trees). Slow flowing water. Average water level. Water colour is green and brown. Clarity is opaque. No odour. Soil is still wet from the recent rain. There is a large family of wood ducks out on the water.
