    Red Advisory Consumption of or contact with water contaminated with feces of warm-blooded animals can cause a variety of illnesses. Minor gastrointestinal discomfort is probably the most common symptom; however, pathogens that may cause only minor sickness in some people may cause serious conditions or death in others, especially in the very young, old, or those with weakened immunological systems.

    Creek running low, very slow current, muddy and turbid. No odor. Alligator ~6 feet observed in downstream pool.

    Could not get this water sample to fix during dissolved oxygen. The water level was too low for a Secchi disc measurement.

    low creek flow, no scum on surface or odor, trash mostly plastic on banks washed downstream from previous highwater, 2 small alligators each ~ 2 feet in length seen downstream.

    River stage USGS gauge at Hwy 25 Lakeland Dr. downstream. River has fallen to a much lower stage in absence of heavy rain and typical summer reduced discharge from the upstream Ross Barnett Reservoir spillway. Very low current.
