    Adequate water depth, Water clear, Good water flow; area was quite clean, garbage cans had recently been emptied; only collected about 2 plastic grocery bags of litter around site; just a few fishermen; saw many egrets in the mist under the spillway; about 5 blue herons and several egrets downstream; black swallowtail; a few dragonflies
