    fisherman in kayak small fish in area the water appeared very clear near the shore small fish were present no trash was seen around the site wind was starting to blow with thunder clouds approaching

    River stage 16.5 feet on USGS Hwy 25 gauge downstream. River at typical low flow and stage for summer, very little current. No flocculent observed on water surface as several weeks ago, or the suspected flocculent discharge from the upstream OB Curtis Drinking Water treatment plant.

    Creek muddy with sediments, running at sort of low or lower summer flows previously observed. Seems to be muddy with sediments all the time.

    Fannye Cook Natural Area North by Will McDearman

    River stage at USGS Hwy 25 gauge downstream. River back down to typical summer low flow, very little current. Water shallow at test site from edge of very low bar. Water in shallow area very warm. Sample collected by wading to depth of about 2 feet.

    upstream of roadfill turbid and muddy, dowstream from roadfill culverts not highly muddy. Water flow and discharge continuing from upstream to downstream thru culverts at roadfill.
