West Spillway Dock by Laura Luke
There were a lot of people out fishing and boating, and I saw a lot of water birds as well. The spillway had a strong flow and there were rapids. It was VERY windy, and the river looked higher than usual.

Old Trace Park by Jennifer Sigrest
Beautiful day with many people enjoying the park. Geese were swimming near the sampling site. Incubation time went a little over 24 hours. Attempted to collect a sample at the end of February on 2/27/24, but once at the sampling site the winds were too strong to be able to do the sampling process.

Pelahatchie Creek by Stacey Knepple
It would be beneficial to add a lidded trash can to this location, preferably a heavy metal trash receptacle like typically seen in parks, to prevent trash from blowing out in windy conditions.
