Observations

  • 27 July 2022

    Lac McLaughlin by Tom McDonald

Difficulty calibrating and reading pH values. pH readings were jumping from 6.42 to 7.78.

  • 25 July 2022

Turtle Camp (Turtle Point) by John Stark

    Had difficulty calibrating meter (pH/TDS/conductivity)

  • 25 July 2022

    Hunters Narrows by John Stark

No wildlife spotted today. Difficulties calibrating meter (pH/TDS/conductivity)

  • 25 July 2022

    Turtle Chutes by John Stark

No fishing boats in area today. Had some difficulties with meter calibration (pH/TDS/Conductivity).

  • 20 July 2022

    Jawbone's Bay by Paul Berube

High winds, large waves and dark skies made it difficult to obtain a secchi reading

  • 9 July 2022

Turtle Camp (Turtle Point) by John Stark

    Water is clear, no particles.

  • 9 July 2022

    Turtle Chutes by John Stark

    Water is clear.

  • 7 July 2022

    Jawbone's Bay by Paul Berube

Medium waves East winds 8 to 10 kph Lots of pollen in suspension

  • 4 July 2022

    Ferguson Bay by Tom McDonald

ph recorded as 5.96, 6.07 and 6.13 TDS as 10 and 11 ppm Conductivity as 22 uS/cm But given difficulty experience with the meter these readings are suspect.

  • 23 June 2022

    Jawbone's Bay by Paul Berube

West wind at 8kph Pollen on the surface and suspended in the water

  • 5 June 2022

    Jawbone's Bay by Paul Berube

West winds at 7 to 14 kph Pollen on the surface and in suspension PPM & conductivity is higher than previous averages. I did test twice and calibrated the meter an hour before the test. I will be away for the next 3 weeks. Next test will be June 25.

  • 5 June 2022

Kipawa Lake at Jawbones Bay by Paul Berube

West winds at 7 to 14 km/h Pollen on the surface A lot of pollen in suspension PPM & conductivity is much higher than previous years. I tested twice and calibrated the meter an hour before the testing. I will be away ne my next test will be June 25
