    Unable to get to usual sampling site because dock is not connected to shore. Sample from end of shorter dock approximately 10m d/s. Mix of sun and cloud with heavy rain ending in the last few hours.out of DO tests=no DO data collected.

    Mix of sun and cloud, rain ending in the last few hours. Out of DO tests=DO not collected. Water is clear and cold therefore it is assumed DO is saturated. Bridge staff gauge reading 0.8

    Moved site u/s of railway bridge, above channel split. Pair of Mergansers present (see photo). Weather is partly cloudy but was stormy this morning. Rain ended in the last few hours. Out of DO tests=DO not collected but water is cold and well mixed so can assume it is saturated. Ok

    Gravel pit bridge by Dominique Monnier

    25 cm of snow Fall yesterday. Sunny and warm today, medium breeze from the north. Water is clear and depth at testing site 20cm. Observed 6 ducks 50m us. Bodies are black and white, potentially buffleheads or golden eyes but too far to be sure. Staff gauge reading -0.6 (below zero)
