Milk River town by Chris Anderson

Overcast, clearing to West. Negligible water flow. Clear to bottom. Note: May17th a “viaduct” in the US collapsed. Without a speedy repair (unlikely), this severely—its a disaster—limits water in the Milk River. Towns, both sides of the border, depend on the river for their water supplies, not to mention the agricultural use.
