Was first time using a new bottle of test strips. Tried a second time and got the same result. Tested Pelly river a second time on trip home and found these new test strips test higher than the earlier measurement taken less than an hour before. It would seem to be test strips. Looking at past data for this location, it seems the old test strips were measuring a smaller pH that had been dropping over time.
