    Moderate wind out of the NNE. Small waves breaking on shore. Water appears very dirty (brownish/green) colour. 40+ geese in the water with more on the pebbly beach. Seagulls are also present. Lots of green straw like sea weed on beach.

    Still no dragon/damselflies, robins are absent but two morning doves are picking up dead grasses and flying off with them

    Lots of fish in the water. Water had a brownish look to it. Bottom of lake was miss and grassy with lots of soil.

    Sunny but was rainy day before. Stream is approximately 20 m wide. After a riffle. Riparian buffer small and not covering river. Some trees and shrubs. Raspberry or blackberry bush. Seagulls and geese, small fish, amphipod, water striders. Some macrophyte on streambed. River clear and shallow, able to see streambed easily.

    Overcast. Rain the day before in the morning. Hot and humid outside. Lots of frogs in the creek. Birds in nearby trees. Invasive Japanese knotweed downstream. Lots of invasive species like day lily and loostrife. This stretch has many trees!

    Overcast and breezy day. Lots of fish jumping. Test taken in only a few feet of water, about 10 ft from shoreline. So many dragonflies! People fishing down the river and a rower out. Some rain yesterday morning, otherwise it's been quite warm high 20s and humid. Today is mainly sunny and cloudy. Overcast sky breaking up as the day goes on.
