    Clear and colourless water, good flow, varying depth from 1 to 10 cm. Average wetted width is 40cm. Light Rain today. ~15mm rain yesterday.

    Partly overcast, calm winds and low water levels but clear. 3 Mm rain over past 24 hrs. Lots of birds heard singing.

    Centennial Park in Town of Deseronto by Heather Ross

    Overcast, cool, windy & bit of fog. No wildlife around. Dock sections not installed yet so measurements taken from end of first section which showed only .7 so added another 1 M to my entry based on visual estimate of where we’d normally be measuring. Otherwise, it would have skewered our avg here. Lake levels appear to be gradually rising higher as they have done the past few springs.

    No rain in past 24 hours but some coming shortly by the look of the sky now. Choppy water. Summer dock not in yet so took readings from end of the pier instead.

    First Bridge on County Rd 28 by Don Ross

    No rainfall in past 24 hours. Windy and beginning to look like rain to come soon. Some geese and red-winged blackbirds around but fairly quiet for this marsh.

    No rain in past 24 hours but looking like we’ll be getting some soon by the appearance of the sky. Windy and strong current in the river. No wildlife around.

    Birdhouse City Pond by Don Ross

    Lots of songbirds and ducks around, seen and heard. No rainfall in past 24 hours. Overcast and calm today. Ice now off the pond where a few days ago it had still been on.

    Little Bluff Conservation Area by Heather Ross

    Sunny & chilly with strong winds chopping up the water creating whitecaps & waves. Icicles along the cliff from the spray. Couldn’t do exact measurement of depth but took a fairly accurate estimate based on many other times here. Lake levels not at extreme levels of some recent years but early yet and spring rains have yet to happen. No birds or wildlife around that we could see or hear.

    Small amt of rain overnight....less than 3 MM. Overcast skies. Some seagulls, ducks and hawks in the air . Calm surface .

    Outlet River at Bridge on County Rd 18 by Heather Ross

    Small amt of rain over past 24 hours. Some birds heard singing nearby. River is clear but has a real greenish tinge to it.

    West end of Hamlet of Milford at furthest west end of Millpond by Don Ross

    Slightly overcast and quite windy. No rain in past 24 hours. Strong current flowing over the waterfalls and into the river entering the millpond under the bridge. Some ice still remains on the pond but rapidly melting away.

    Cherry Valley Lions Memorial Park Boat Launch Dock by Don Ross

    Bit overcast and very windy. No rain in past 24 hours. 4 Canada Geese on the river. Boat launch still iced over but river is open and flowing well.

    Sunny and windy. Pair of swans seen on the river and red winged blackbirds and Canada Geese overhead.
