Added a "What's new" page, a notification bar for the latest change, and a line in Monday's digest!

We make lots of changes, based on feedback from our community. Most of the time, though, most folks don't know about it! So, we're introducing a way for you to see that we're actively fixing bugs, making the site better and more useful to you, without an extra email. Each week, we'll feature a new improvement we think will make your data collecting easier (for you or the administrators of your dataset).

You can view the full change log, too, for those of you wondering what we're fixing behind the scenes. It's under the "About" menu, and "What's new". We've helpfully backfilled improvements from the past 12 months.

If you have any ideas on how we can improve, we want to hear it! For now, you can send it through our contact form, but soon, we'll be making a 'wishlist' and 'roadmap'. Often things that will be useful for one data collecting organization will be helpful for all! Watch this space.
