- Moving water, 1-2 knot current, recreational beach at the end of the bay (Baskins Beach). Mooring for numerous weekend sailors. Sunken logs and large rocks can present some challenges to navigation. Flat rock shoal extends up to 150' from shore. Locals boat, fish, swim and drink the water here.
