Current and recent weather significantly impacts water quality. Heavy rains and winds can stir up sediments, releasing pollutants. Heavy rains can also wash pollutants like pesticides, nutrients, and chloride into waterways. Taking pictures to support your observations is also incredibly helpful in water quality assessments.
