    Forest Preserves of Cook County - Kickapoo Woods by David Schmid

    FOR THIS OBSERVATION, I DID A SECOND CHLORIDE TEST AND BOTH STRIPS WERE IDENTICAL, READING 172 PPM. Additional Notes: The river's water line is low, several yards below the stepping stones laid for the canoe launch. Prints of deer and raccoon are evident in the muddy shoreline. Possibly prints of coyote or neighbors' dogs as well.
