    Bright day overall. As the day progressed the southerly breeze turned more to the southwest and gained strength. Friday was somewhat colder and more overcast, though peeks of sun during the day. No precipitation for either day with 55 percent humidity.

    Evans Field - Des Plaines River -Trail Marker 215 by Serena Pesch

    The water was mostly frozen throughout the entire waterway. I was able to get this sample by walking about 400 ft south of the mile marker where I normally sample.
