15th Street Storm drain - WAG-E-03 High Priority by Carolynne Robertson

Some water discharging from pipe, visual evidence of an old paint spill. Paint remains on vegetation. Concerned that discharge will wash additional paint debris into the creek. Called issue into CNV after hours operation (was told must call back during office hours.) Water cloudy with algal growth.

One member spotted small fish! Water is cloudy, a lot of fallen branches/plant debris in the water covered with blackish greyish buildup, same greenish/blackish slimy residue on cobble leading to the Mahon culvert.

Water high, flashy, silty. Large, fast volume of discharge from storm pipe. Suspect low conductivity reading due to volume of water.
