A fisherperson said there is talk of killing the lake because it is stocked with Brookies and they eat the other fish. The lake was killed about 40 years ago by silt from logging up above the lake. That is when it began be stocked.

paddle boarder 1 fisher person 1 snail floating water bugs dragon fly fish jumping small bit of pollen on water tiny toads (western toads) crossing road on the way out, headed up Box Mountain. We have not see them on the Box Lake road before, they cross the road at Summit Lake yearly
