Bowker Creek: end of the riffle at Monteith by Frances Jones
Water running faster than on slow days, and level is higher than average but lower than yesterday Level is 34 at riffle Not sure how to consistently describe it here And on walking home, strong sewage smell between weir and entry to tunnel opposite firehall. But none that I notice at riffle or below. I think we should test the water exiting the pipe that exits the stone wall by the concrete box. There is no smell upstream of it to the weir

Bubbles on the surface, creating scum at a branch who is across the creek. Upstream from scum, creek is clear. Creek bottom can easily be observed. Creek level has dropped since yesterday.
