Unable to safely conduct testing as creek level increase > 3 ft past several days, turbulent flow, and large number of floating woody debris, branches and tree trunks. Had tornado-like conditions Sept. 12 with numerous trees up-rooted or broken.

The park is flooded! So we tested as close and safely as we could. The peak height is estimated to be tonight or early tomorrow so this area is expected to flood more in the coming hours. The Thames is moving quickly!
