    Water levels much lower than normal. Flow of the stream more gentle and slow with the usual amount of liter around the rocks.

    I noticed that the water levels were extremely low on my walk over to the testing spot (images 1-3 are at the site). The fourth image attached is where I noticed vehicle oils and other questionable substances in the water. Dry weather.
