    Katepwa Lake by Camille Dufour

Katepwa Lake appears exceptionally clear for this time of year. It has been a cool, cloudy and windy spring and early summer. I've been concerned about the amount of Bittersweet Nightshade on the shorelines the past number of years. It is very invasive, in my opinion.

Jackfish Lake Duck Mountain Provincial Park by Dawn Rosset

Algae, minnows, dead minnows, snails float and submerged, yellowish water, some litter, blue heron, king fisher, seagull. Lake used to be a fishing spot for perch and stocked trout. No trout and less perch present. Still a high interest to be a fishing lake, especially for kids off of dock. Large stumps present in lake within ~20m of shoreline. Accidentally had conductivity set to TDS (251) when reading was taken. Tried to convert to uS/cm.
