River Leam North Bank RLSCC by Jo Beckett
This is the first opportunity I have had to test for the final weekend in 2024. There were active CSO spills at the time of testing. The flow is fast, there is scum and the river is orangey-brown. Nutrient measurements are low despite the known contamination. My feeling is that this can be attributed to extreme dilution of the contaminant due to the heavy rainfall.
