    3.5 Oak Bay High by Sonja Evans

    A muddy discharge was coming out of a drain pipe in the south wall emptying into the creek at this site. The creek was clear except where the mud trailled into the creek. Half an hour later it was reported that the creek was muddy colour even all the way up stream from Foul Bay Road down.
