This had been reported and investigated by Thames Water(the local water authority for this area) but unfortunately nothing changed.  \r\nThen on 4/7/25 the pollution took a dramatic change as it included sewage, fortunately the environment agency had a new way of reporting via their website.  Thames water investigated finding that one of the surface water drains had a crack in it and one of the sewage drains had collapsed in places and somehow sewage was seeping into the surface water drain and discharging from the S.W.O into Kyd Brook.  Thames water were in a residential street for several weeks repairing the drains meaning that some very understanding residents have had their back gardens excavated for the pipes to be replaced and relined in various places before moving upstream in the pipes to discover any more problems. \r\nCurrently there is a temporary halt to works whilst another resident was away and will commence soon.
