It still has a distinfectant odour emitting from it.\r\n\r\nThe discharge falls onto a concrete slab that goes across Kyd brook, which stops erosion when there is heavy rainfall enterjng the brook from the 2x SWOs at thus location.  Downstream from here there is a film on top of the watee and it is not upstream/before the concrete slab.  Natural water levels are slightly higher as water is now flowing over the
