The inflow has yellow strainers that were extremely clogged with mud and tree limbs which restricted the flow of water to the test area. There was enough flow for an adequate sample. It is unclear whether the clogging is due to the natural flow or if perhaps a muskrat attributed to the damming of the flow. The picture was shared with the HOA.
