Notes

After a heavy snow in late November, the weather warmed and most of the snow melted. A light snow occurred the day before testing, and salt was used on the roads.

Location description
Pedestrian Bridge across the river by the foundry. The water is moving, but may freeze as it is about 3 feet deep; depends on the weather.
