The inflow from the large pond was obstructed by what appears to be intentional damming perhaps by a muskrat. Although no muskrat was observed, the mud, sticks, and stones did not appear to have been done by wind and waves. The HOA was notified. The obstructed inflow did reduce the water flowing at the test site (outflow). The outflow was not measured; this observation is based on the lack of water ripples observed in the past. This data was collected prior to the first snowfall which occurred on 11.08
