While I was on the bridge unspooling it into the river the string unexpectedly ended - and the sting/cup floated down to the river and drifted downstream. Had to run home to rig up another one and make sure the string as continuous this time! I'll watch for the cup downstream, hopefully I can collect it soon. \r\nSaw a Great Blue Heron, 4 mallards (2 drakes, 2 hens), and heard a GHO. There is a patch of knotweed growing near my site, which I am really worried about. It's been reported to the Naperville Park District..
