Grackle nest in tree on southwest shore across from the turtles and toads, didn't get a photo of that. Common merganser (looks like a white-breasted loon) was swimming amongst mallards at the mouth of the creek opening up onto the lake. Scared mink (no pic of that) while walking path further south along eastern shore of peninsula into Lake Ontario toward Lakeside Promenade Park. Swan nest with eggs spotted along the lake.
